Work Environment

This full-time position is situated in a friendly and supportive onsite rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Utilize a range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, to enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to each patient's needs, focusing on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's degree or Doctorate from an accredited program is preferred.
• Must hold an active State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years' experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a performance-related bonus structure.
