Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, identifying the psychological needs of students.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services in coordination with school personnel to address students in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with both clinic and regulatory standards.

• Equip patients and their families with psychoeducation, promoting engagement and active participation in the mental health treatment process.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff to foster a holistic care approach.
