Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with educators and mental health professionals to identify and assess students experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.

• Develop personalized care plans that include evidence-based interventions, counseling strategies, and support resources tailored to individual student needs.

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions virtually, offering students coping strategies, emotional support, and crisis intervention when necessary.

• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for parents and families to educate them on available mental health resources and strategies to support their children’s well-being.

• Regularly review and adjust care plans based on student progress, feedback, and evolving mental health needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, promoting their emotional, social, and academic development. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
