Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, your impactful role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging, structured sessions that cultivate a sense of community among clients, allowing them to share experiences, gain perspective, and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic, one-on-one counseling to help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, enabling them to develop personalized coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaboratively design individualized treatment plans, rooted in clients' unique needs and goals, enhancing their pathways to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are undergoing treatment through our intensive outpatient programming (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges, including transitions into adulthood, identity formation, and coping with mental health disturbances. Your expertise and therapeutic insight will help our clients navigate these complexities and empower them to embrace their journeys of healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
