This role is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from their own home while still being part of a supportive and collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and establishing trusting relationships, ensuring to maintain professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions, evaluating client progress, addressing challenges, and coordinating next steps, including discharge when clinically appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and diligently monitor individualized treatment plans centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Document all client interactions and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering to best practices in confidentiality and record-keeping.
\n
• Perform intake assessments and develop initial treatment goals based on client evaluations.
\n
• Engage in individual clinical supervision to reflect on practices and support professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care.

• Maintain an open mindset focused on personal and professional growth, participating in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and other electronic health record systems.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, including comfort with intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting experience and expertise. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, offering the unique benefit of pay ahead of collections, resulting in timely compensation.
