Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while enabling you to effectively contribute to our Children's Services team. Our work setting is characterized by collaboration, active communication, and a team-oriented approach to tailored interventions. As part of our remote team, you will engage with families and children primarily through virtual consultations and assessments, utilizing state-of-the-art digital communication tools to ensure effective outreach and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to understand their developmental status and specific needs.
\n
• Play an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring a collaborative approach with families and other team members.
\n
• Monitor and analyze child outcomes, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and provide appropriate support to ensure families are engaged and informed.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint strategies with families aimed at promoting their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain compliance and uphold a standard of care that prioritizes the health and well-being of all individuals we serve.
\n
• Provide education and resources to families regarding developmental milestones and strategies that facilitate learning in natural environments.
\n
• Work with team members and families to implement the IFSP effectively, including making recommendations for frequency and types of services based on evaluations and family feedback.
\n
• Apply a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to foster an enriched learning experience for children.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children aged birth to three years old who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will focus on developing impactful relationships with these children and their families, helping navigate early intervention services while empowering them to advocate for their child's needs. The goal is to provide a nurturing environment that promotes skill development during the critical early years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure by the Arizona Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate any required in-person visits or meetings.
\n
• A strong commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interactions.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to diverse learning styles to meet each child's unique needs.
\n
• Familiarity with early intervention tactics and a passion for working with young children and their families.
\n
• Bilingual skills are highly encouraged and valued.
\n
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential for building a cohesive team dynamic.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IFSPs or similar support plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
