Accounts Payable Staff

Job Description Job Description Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accounts Payable Staff to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing and verification of invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical aptitude, excellent communication skills for vendor relations, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Responsibilities Review, verify, and code a high volume of vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests with accuracy Perform 3-way matching (matching purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices) to ensure valid billing Identify discrepancies or variances and proactively resolve billing issues with internal departments or vendors Prepare and execute payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks Maintain accurate historical records by digitally filing and organizing paid invoices and support documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries; research and resolve payment discrepancies professionally Reconcile vendor statements monthly to ensure all liabilities are captured and account balances are accurate Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures, including preparing AP accruals Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience dedicated to Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping Proficiency with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict payment deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary: $55K~$65K Equal Employment Opportunity Cuckoo Electronics America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
