Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical therapy needs upon their initial visit.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans focusing on specific therapeutic goals to maximize each patient's recovery potential.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, hands-on modalities, and advanced equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment interventions based on ongoing evaluation and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and the proper use of assistive devices for effective self-care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with outpatient clients who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions such as strokes, sports injuries, or orthopedic procedures. Qualifications

• A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to practice in the State of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, supplemented by a generous benefits package.
