Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to determine clients’ mental health needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities in individual therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions to clients, accommodating various scheduling needs and ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous client records to ensure compliance with professional standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in routine team meetings and peer consultations to discuss case progress and refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will guide individuals from various backgrounds as they seek support and healing through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage caseload effectively and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as is familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Prior experience in private practice or collaborative therapy environments will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
