Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate a minimum of 15 client hours per week in individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth.
• Provide empathetic support and counseling for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, helping them achieve recovery and manage symptoms effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care approach that ensures consistent and holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessment results in compliance with regulatory standards.

The clients you will serve represent a varied demographic, encompassing adults from diverse backgrounds and mental health conditions. Your role is to provide equitable and inclusive care, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Valid Washington State licensure: LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, required.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• You must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in providing mental health care, demonstrating your ability to support clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong proficiency in conducting mental health counseling sessions, with a focus on effective communication and empathy.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms is essential to ensure smooth remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly with an adult population.
• Understanding of specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a community health setting is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
