Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, documenting insights to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized treatment strategies aimed at addressing the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based techniques and promoting therapeutic growth.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care solutions.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, adhering to all federal and state regulations as well as ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health disorders. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and emotional well-being, empowering them to cope with daily challenges.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential, particularly within community health settings.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling techniques is a must.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage clients meaningfully.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, facilitating integration within a treatment team dynamic.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote environment, managing client sessions through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with cultural competence, particularly in serving marginalized communities within the Spokane area.
• Experience developing and delivering educational materials for client and family involvement.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a generous salary, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
