Key Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients suffering from functional limitations and disabilities.
• Consult with other healthcare providers regarding each patient's continuum of care to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds, adhering to our customer service standards and promoting an atmosphere of empathy and support.
• Assess treatment progress, adjust treatment and discharge plans as necessary, and document all findings meticulously in compliance with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions affecting mobility and daily life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other computer systems pertinent to clinical documentation and patient care.
