The Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote role within our hospice care setting. This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, along with the opportunity to receive a sign-on bonus. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to clients facing diverse challenges, especially in the context of coping with severe illnesses and accompanying emotional distress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families facing complex emotional and psychological challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' emotional and social needs in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate and manage cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, providing short-term crisis resolution and necessary referrals to community resources.

• Maintain a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, adapting interventions as needed based on clients' feedback.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services through regular follow-ups and adjust approaches based on client progress.

• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with established protocols to maintain clear and compliant client records.

• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely updates to case documentation that reflect the nature of services provided.

• Engage in individual and group clinical counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's needs.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and contribute to overall care planning.

Qualifications\n
