Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake interviews and assessments, gathering psycho-social data from clients, families, and additional stakeholders as necessary to inform treatment decisions.

• Apply knowledge of the mental health recovery model to integrate recovery principles into your clinical practice, ensuring an approach that prioritizes client strengths and resilience.

• Develop, maintain, and implement individualized crisis and treatment plans collaboratively with clients, focusing on their unique needs and aspirations.

• Work closely with other medical professionals and clinical staff to coordinate holistic care for patients, ensuring a team-based approach to treatment.

• Conduct intake appointments, establish treatment goals, and meticulously document client progress to maintain continuity of care and inform future treatment strategies.
