Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their individual needs and developmental status.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate child development outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to enhance their child’s growth and development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, prioritizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate learning and development.
\n
• Foster a trusting rapport with children and families, creating a safe and nurturing environment for open communication.

• Adhere strictly to all relevant federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and safety for all involved.

• Help families navigate available resources and services to maximize developmental opportunities for their children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers who may present with disabilities or developmental delays. Our early intervention services aim to help these children acquire essential physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their critical developmental years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must possess a current LCSW license through the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
