Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies for individual, family, and group sessions.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress through telehealth sessions, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and real-time support to clients experiencing acute symptoms or distress, employing crisis de-escalation techniques.

• Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping that adheres to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of clients' health.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health to continually enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions focusing on clinical nuances to foster growth and improve outcomes.

Qualifications\n
