Work Environment\n

This remote work setting allows for flexibility, offering a balanced approach to professional and personal commitments. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients. Our clinic operates as a community health facility, bringing mental health services directly to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using culturally sensitive methods to evaluate each patient's individual experiences and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, carefully considering the cultural and personal backgrounds of each individual.

• Deliver a range of therapy options, including individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on addressing mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to formulate and execute coordinated mental health strategies for patients.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and stability of patients.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and possible treatment pathways, while connecting them with community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere focused on professional development.

• Keep abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to practice in Washington State.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy while utilizing culturally responsive techniques.
\n
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging patient interactions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with a variety of individuals.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
\n
• Adherence to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

• A collaborative spirit, able to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
