Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and the formulation of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans designed to address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adjusting your approach based on the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring that all documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, complies with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to promote holistic care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, holding credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually.
