Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

• Possession of one of the following licenses is essential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Applicants must possess a full license to practice independently and should not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated yearly salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive compensation, the role offers a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time therapists.
