Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic process groups that focus on areas such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Perform individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions are tailored to client strengths and situations.
\n
• Complete relevant documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries, accurately and promptly to meet compliance standards and protect client confidentiality.
\n
• Monitor client safety through regular assessments and proactive reporting of any concerns related to mental health crises, including suicidal ideation and other risk factors.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mental wellness, coping mechanisms, and resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Follow up with clients post-discharge to ensure continuity of care and adjust treatment plans as required based on client feedback and evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. They will engage clients from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that respects each individual’s unique experiences and cultural perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy while engaging with clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and documentation.

• A clean background check, ensuring trustworthiness and safety in client interactions.

• Experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and a solid understanding of treatment protocols.
