Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, expected outcomes, and home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all applicable laws and professional standards.
• Participate in leadership initiatives, including community outreach and program development, while providing mentorship to support staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in continuous education and training, remaining current with best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
