Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee clinical care for assigned patients, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions while performing thorough assessments as needed.

• Manage a diverse caseload, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique psychological needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to assess and engage patients and their families, collaborating to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrate advanced counseling skills, addressing crisis situations and providing immediate therapeutic interventions when necessary.

• Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy aimed at specific client needs, while also making referrals to specialized professionals as required.

• Conduct mental health evaluations, incorporating findings into comprehensive care strategies.

• Maintain accurate progress notes and prepare treatment logs that document client advancement and revisions in care plans.

• Provide educational and supportive programs for patients and their families to facilitate understanding and promote mental health literacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

SpringPath Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the competitive salary, we provide up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus and the opportunity for receiving up to $2,000 in performance-based bonuses based on state licensure. You will have the flexibility of choosing your hours, working from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your schedule. Other benefits include:
