Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health issues using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to identify individual needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a pathway for growth and improvement.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions employing a range of methodologies—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness—tailored to each client's style of learning and coping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
