Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide comprehensive social work services to clients dealing with life-limiting illnesses and their families, ensuring emotional support and guidance through the hospice journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will directly support clients facing terminal illnesses, providing compassionate care that addresses their mental and emotional health. Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

  Current state licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
