Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using structured evaluation tools to identify clients' specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Lead individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote insight and drive progress toward mental health goals.

• Establish and facilitate psychoeducational groups addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and coping mechanisms to foster community engagement among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records and documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client load will consist of individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique cultural, socio-economic, and individual needs. This role requires a deep commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
