Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively determine each client’s mental health status and specific therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their goals and desired outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based adult-focused individual therapy sessions using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. The therapist will focus on fostering a safe space for clients to express their concerns, explore their feelings, and work toward tangible resolutions, creating an empowering atmosphere aimed at healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A clean disciplinary record and compliance with the ethical standards outlined by professional regulatory bodies.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applications are encouraged, preference may be given to candidates with previous telehealth experience, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care or working with marginalized populations.
