Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to determine their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Utilize Clinical Social Work techniques and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to enhance the psychological resilience of patients.

• Engage in ongoing communication with team members regarding assessment results, treatment progress, and updates on interdisciplinary care plans via documentation and team meetings.

• Manage case assignments by collaborating with community professionals and hospital programs to ensure comprehensive care delivery that addresses physical, social, and educational aspects of patient well-being.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all required documentation within the parameters of department standards, contributing to streamlined operations and effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with clients who are part of our outpatient services, including individuals facing chronic illnesses and mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients seeking support through their psychological journeys, providing essential counseling interventions that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Commitment to flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, aligning with the needs of your clients and personal workflow.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
