This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance, with the added convenience of providing care from the comfort of your own setting. As part of our hospice center's outreach, you’ll access comprehensive resources and continual professional support. Our operating hours extend from Monday to Saturday, offering the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule based on client needs and personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to gather relevant history and formulate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist patients in achieving their individualized service goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, effectively communicating assessment findings, treatment updates, and progress in documented meetings and patient rounds.

• Provide consistent case management by connecting patients and families with community resources and specialists to enhance overall care quality.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all documentation in compliance with departmental standards, maintaining a focus on quality care and accurate record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to refine your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians serve a varied patient demographic, ranging from individuals experiencing acute mental health crises to those seeking long-term therapy for chronic conditions. You will work with patients grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, trauma, and more. Through tailored approaches, you will help empower clients to enhance their emotional well-being and build effective coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in delivering evidence-based interventions.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to manage a flexible schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting to client needs and availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
