This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while serving clients in the educational environment of local schools. Our services are available Monday through Saturday, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity for clinicians to determine their own hours based on their availability. You'll be supported by a collaborative team that ensures all operational aspects, including insurance credentialing and patient scheduling, are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

You will be tasked with:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including children, adolescents, and their families, to identify mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engaging in clear communication with interdisciplinary staff through documentation and collaborative meetings to discuss assessment outcomes, intervention strategies, and the efficacy of treatment plans.

• Providing case management for assigned patients, coordinating resources both within the educational system and the broader community to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Delivering therapy sessions using appropriate clinical interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

• Ensuring that all documentation is ethically and timely completed, adhering to departmental standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and families seeking mental health support within the school system. You will work closely with individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The goal is to provide meaningful interventions that promote emotional resilience, enhance coping skills, and facilitate academic success.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A commitment to providing mental health services, with at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with children and adolescents, particularly within an educational setting, is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, as well as case management strategies, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials. Benefits include:
