This role is all about building relationships, creating trust, and generating new referring partnerships across plumbing companies and insurance agents.What You'll DoClient Acquisition & Lead GenerationIdentify and establish new referral relationships within:Plumbing CompaniesInsurance AgentsOther Contracting CompaniesBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline through:Strategic prospecting and account mappingEmail campaigns, newsletters, and social media (primarily LinkedIn)In-person networking events, educational events, etcRelationship Building & Follow-UpServe as the primary point of contact for new referral partnersMaintain consistent communication, follow-ups, and value-added touchpointsImplement feedback loops to continuously improve engagement and serviceEducation & Brand PromotionPlan and host Lunch & Learn sessions and educational eventsProfessionally represent Power Dry at networking eventsPromote the Power Dry brand through face-to-face interactions and thought leadershipReporting & PerformanceTrack leads, activity, and opportunities using CRM toolsParticipate in weekly sales meetingsUse data and insights to continuously improve outreach strategiesMeet and exceed monthly enrollment, job, and revenue targetsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of B2B sales or business development experienceSales experienceProven ability to build relationships and generate referral-based businessStrong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skillsHighly organized with excellent time managementComfortable working independently and thinking creativelyTechnologically proficient (CRM, email, social media, virtual meeting tools)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and regionallyMust pass a background check and drug screenBenefitsOur benefits include:Company-paid health insurance for the employeeBuy-up plans availableDependents/spouses may be added at additional costHSA/FSA available with select plansVision and dental insurance (two dental plans available)Company-paid short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insurance401(k) with company matching (vested)Ancillary benefits (hospital, critical illness, accident coverage)Paid time off and holidaysJob Type: Full-timePay: First 6 months 65 K for ramp up period, then 40K plus commission afterwards
