Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Blue Ridge Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively to develop pre-crisis and crisis responses, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining clear communication with team members.

• Engage in the use of evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, in accordance with the clinical team's direction.
\n
• Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance program effectiveness.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to community partnerships, state agencies, and relevant service systems, fostering open lines of communication to support program goals.
\n
• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, workshops and engaging in state-level meetings that relate to behavioral health practices.

• Embody the agency's mission and values in all interactions, promoting a culture of inclusion and community-centric support.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

Qualifications\n
