Work Environment

This position is based onsite, primarily focusing on home care settings. As part of our physical therapy team, you will engage with patients directly, offering treatment that is tailored to individual needs. Our operational hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and conditions.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including various manual therapy modalities, to enhance patient movement and functional performance.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing for sufficient time devoted to each individual's needs during therapy sessions.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standards of care, adapting strategies as necessary based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align treatment goals and share insights about patient recovery trajectories.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously using EMR systems, including Web PT, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education on lifestyle modifications, exercise programs, and non-surgical treatment options to empower patients in their recovery journey.
• Regularly evaluate and assess treatment effectiveness, modifying care plans based on real-time patient feedback and outcomes.
• Foster a motivating environment, encouraging patients to stay committed to their rehabilitation exercises and progress towards their physical health goals.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
