Imperia Counseling is seeking a qualified and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This full-time remote position will directly support our mission of empowering marginalized populations, particularly the youngest among us, by providing essential services and comprehensive support to families with young children experiencing developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the developmental outcomes for children during their critical first three years of life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays, utilizing standardized tools and methods to gather necessary data.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Track and monitor outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that the services provided align with best practices and child development standards.

• Provide compassionate support and guidance to families, sharing valuable information and resources to enhance their child's development and overall well-being.

• Use evidence-based strategies and the Natural Learning Environment Practices in your interventions, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for families.

• Assist families in creating joint plans that prioritize their concerns and aspirations for their child's progress.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and organization standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children from birth to three years of age, who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to equip these young children with essential skills across various domains: physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. A commitment to serving marginalized populations is crucial, as many of the families you will engage with come from under-resourced backgrounds and face unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health in Texas.

• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate any necessary in-person visits or assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
