Business Development Manager - Winter Operations

Position Overview Inland Deicing Services, LLC is searching for a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our Winter Operations business across North America. This hunter role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business while strategically expanding key accounts. What You'll Do Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Build, manage, and convert a strong, self-generated sales pipeline Engage decision makers, uncover needs, and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new contracts NAVIGATE and resolve challenges throughout the sales cycle to close deals efficiently Stay sharp on market trends, competitor positioning, and industry developments Represent Inland at key industry events and networking opportunities Extensive travel across North America (and occasionally internationally), often on short notice What You Bring 5+ years of proven B2B sales, preferable in aviation, logistics, or service-based environments Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets Strong experience building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch, including prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs and position tailored solutions Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined in maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer challenges, and competitive positioning Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr IDS Inland Deicing Services, LLC
