Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health history and current challenges, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical expertise.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices aligned with clients’ unique goals and aspirations, adapting strategies as progress is made in therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring a supportive, engaging environment.

• Provide timely and effective crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, applying strong assessment skills and intervention techniques.

Our clientele consists mainly of adult individuals who have been pre-screened and exhibit low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.
