Life Escape Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while forming an integral part of our dynamic team. You will be engaging with colleagues virtually to ensure a cohesive approach to the care and development of our clients. The primary focus is on our school setting, allowing for direct interaction with families and children, while leveraging technology to maintain necessary communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
\n
• Actively participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to address the unique needs of each child, monitoring outcomes to ensure effective support.
\n
• Serve as a resource and support for families, providing them with relevant information, skills, and emotional backing to assist in their child's development.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance learning experiences.
\n
• Adapt your approach to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring that each child's individualized treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations as well as internal standards to ensure safety and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily be focused on young children, particularly those with disabilities or delays, and their families. You will help children learn essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during their critical first three years of life. By utilizing a comprehensive approach, including individualized support and family collaboration, you will contribute significantly to their overall development and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is mandatory.

• Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and strong communication skills are essential.

• Drive: A valid driver’s license is required for any potential in-person meetings or evaluations.
