Work Environment\n

This role supports a fully remote telehealth model, allowing professionals to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and collaboration seamlessly from home. You will primarily engage with students, families, and educational staff through virtual platforms, using technology to deliver high-quality care. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed to accommodate student needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of students with various psychological challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific mental health issues, emotional well-being, and educational integration strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing emotional regulation, coping strategies, and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team comprising educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to deliver holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Educate students and families on mental health processes, available resources, and community services.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment progress, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment plans, outcomes, and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students with a diverse range of mental health needs including ASD, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Colorado.
\n
• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Excellent diagnostic skills, enabling you to formulate and adjust treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapeutic sessions with varied approaches.

Preferred Experience\n
