Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs.

• Actively participating in the creation and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies that are evidence-based and focus on child-centered learning.

• Monitoring developmental progress and outcomes in collaboration with other team members and families.
\n
• Providing essential support and guidance to families to enhance their child’s development, focusing on fostering resilience and growth.
\n
• Adhering to all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices and interventions.
\n
• Utilizing a coaching model to support families in employing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Establishing and maintaining rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a trusting and educational environment.
\n
• Facilitating joint planning with families, analyzing the frequency of services needed based on developmental assessments and family priorities.
\n
• Communicating effectively and compassionately with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on developmental goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on families and young children, particularly those aged 0-3, experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in providing early intervention services, which are essential for helping children achieve key developmental skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your expertise will support families in navigating these challenges and accessing the resources they need to advocate for their children's development.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
