Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) while collaborating with the care team.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices while working with families.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing insights and ideas to enhance the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role revolves around assisting children from birth to three years old who have disabilities or developmental delays. In conjunction with families, you will foster skill development across multiple domains—including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. This specialized work is vital for ensuring that children reach critical developmental milestones during their early years, setting the stage for future success.
