Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in early intervention programs, working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each child.

• Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring that interventions are effective and aligned with established goals for child development.

• Provide comprehensive support and resources to families aimed at enhancing their child's developmental progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to coach families on strategies that promote growth.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a healthy, trusting, and inclusive learning environment.

• Stay compliant with all federal and state regulations regarding the provision of social work services.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to advance skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to support the first three years of life, a critical time for physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. By working closely with families, our Licensed Clinical Social Workers help create an empowered support system that fosters growth and developmental success.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver's license to support travel as needed for family visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n
