Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while contributing to a virtual community that emphasizes collaborative efforts among professionals. Scheduled shifts will primarily be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening hours and rotating weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students to identify specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the mental health issues of students and promote their emotional well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual cases, utilizing methodologies suitable for addressing ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing students' emotional regulation and coping skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapy specialists, to ensure seamless care for students.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support when faced with mental health emergencies.

• Educate families and students about mental health conditions and supportive resources to foster awareness and understanding.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health services you provide will cater primarily to children and adolescents with a variety of special needs, including emotional and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, demonstrated ability to remain composed in high-stress situations, and solid judgement capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
