Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, which may include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as required, contributing to the clinical team's comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans tailored to client needs.

• Engage in ongoing training and participate in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Act as a resource for clients and their families, facilitating connections with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and alignment with our organizational mission.

• Build and nurture relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to promote our services, gain insights, and secure potential partnerships for future initiatives.

• Pursue professional development opportunities by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant committees or task forces.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
