Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations of patients to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized modalities to promote patient healing.
• Engage in collaborative care by regularly consulting with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and execution.
• Educate and empower patients about their conditions, treatment strategies, and home exercise regimens to enhance their recovery process and promote self-management.
• Maintain precise patient documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the growth of the clinic by delivering exceptional patient care and actively seeking to build relationships within the local community.
• Assist in mentoring new staff and students by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and general physical impairments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge in orthopedics, neurology, and general rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and clinical performance.
