Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will primarily serve patients navigating life's end stages and their families. You will work with clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal diagnoses. Your role is pivotal in helping families process these experiences while providing strategies for coping with loss and fostering support networks.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
