Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct psychoeducational groups and transition programs to equip clients with essential coping mechanisms and life skills.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing assessment of clients' clinical needs, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary.

• Respond to client requests for support, addressing immediate mental health concerns, and coordinating medication management in collaboration with prescribing providers.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and strategies for improving client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
