Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your chosen environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your primary setting will involve interaction with clients via virtual appointments at our outpatient counseling center.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that inform personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in case discussions with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to optimize client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartland Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, based on caseload and experience. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals. Our administrative team will handle billing and paperwork, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.
