This position is remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to deliver their expertise from a comfortable environment while maintaining professional standards. You will work directly with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated and supportive therapeutic environment. Our virtual platform enables effective communication and collaboration, ensuring continuity of care for our patients within the framework of a detox center.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to uncover each client's unique needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individual, couple, or family situations.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to foster community support and address shared mental health concerns, providing attendees with valuable resources and coping strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, facilitating coordination of care to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's mental health treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, helping stabilize individuals in distress.

• Offer educational resources to clients about their conditions, treatment options, and community support services, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation as per legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record systems to track patient progress.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse challenges. This role requires a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel valued and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and recognized therapeutic modalities.

• Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and designing effective treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually.
