Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of clients.

• Assist in crisis management by implementing evidence-based interventions during high-stress situations, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Complete comprehensive clinical documentation in a timely manner, including assessments, treatment reports, and progress notes that comply with regulatory standards.

• Provide consultation services to institutional staff, facilitating their understanding of the mental health status and management techniques relevant to individuals within the clinic.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to program development initiatives that align with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
