Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and reflect the cultural backgrounds of our patients, informing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, showcasing exceptional crisis management skills during potentially challenging situations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to create integrated treatment plans that offer holistic care.

• Facilitate educational workshops and discussions for patients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

• Ensure accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions while adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to promote organizational best practices and cultural competency training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinics serve a varied demographic, including ethnic and cultural minorities, families from the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals navigating the challenges of immigration. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with diverse evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inclusive therapy methods that honor cultural differences.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals and families sensitively and effectively.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software platforms to manage patient information efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings with a culturally diverse clientele.

• Hands-on experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly in telehealth environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
