Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, effectively tailored to meet the diverse needs of our client population.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in navigating challenges, promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.

• Facilitate development and implementation of psycho-educational groups and parenting classes to equip families with the necessary skills and resources to thrive.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless care coordination and compliance with treatment goals.

• Complete billing and administrative tasks to meet contractual obligations and maintain service continuity, ensuring the delivery of reimbursable hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses diverse backgrounds, with a focus on children, adolescents, and adults who may present with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to engage effectively with clients transitioning to a telehealth format, utilizing digital tools to enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent mental health professional.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, adept in direct counseling and therapeutic practice.

• Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills essential for maintaining comprehensive client records.

• A self-motivated individual able to proactively manage billing hours and required documentation in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
